Refund policy
Order Cancellation
We accept cancellations for orders placed before shipment or production. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. Once products have been shipped, we cannot cancel orders.
Returns (Quality Issues and Damage)
We only accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:
Defective or Damaged Goods: If your bag arrives damaged (e.g., torn leather) or has a serious quality defect, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt.
Condition: The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Required Proof: We need clear photos or videos of the unpacking process and details of the damage so we can process your application.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
Change of mind or personal preference (e.g., "I don't like this style anymore").
Slight color differences due to monitor settings or handcrafting.
Damage caused by improper personal use.
Refund
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, your refund will be returned to your original payment account within 5-10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Our Error: If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or quality defect), we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a free replacement.
Pre-Approved Returns: For any other pre-approved return, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and any possible restocking fees.
